What You’ll Do

As a member of the Find Me Outside team, you will:

• Lead fishing and outdoor skill instruction
• Facilitate immersive, hands-on experiences
• Guide youth through challenge and problem-solving
• Maintain safety, structure, and clear expectations
• Mentor participants through moments of growth

You will help create the kind of environment where confidence is earned and character is formed.
